To ensure a proper bra fit and to avoid disappointment, we strongly suggest that you purchase items that have been previously fitted to you.  Should you have any questions about fit, style, size or manufacturers, please do not hesitate to contact us (see below).  If you have shopped with us at our boutique, you are most likely in our Customer Registry and we can help you confirm your size. Not sure about your size? We encourage you to come in to our boutique to be fitted. 

Our intention is to provide our customers with the items they want.  If you are interested in ordering an item which is out of stock or, would like to order a specific size or style from one of the manufacturers we represent, please do not hesitate to contact us.  It will our pleasure to help you receive what you seek.  

Orders are shipped via Canada Post service within 24-48 hours of purchasing, depending on stock availability.  Any order placed after 3:00pm ET will be processed the next business day.  Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays will be processed the day after the weekend or holiday.  

Orders shipped within Ontario and Quebec can take up to 3 days and all other Canadian destinations can take up to 7 days.  These are standard Canada Post delivery timeframes and may be subject to change.

We strive to make your online purchase with Cherchez la Femme a fantastic experience!  However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us immediately.  Returns are accepted for exchange or store credit within 14 days of receipt of merchandise.  No refunds are issued on any items purchased.  We only accept new, unworn, unwashed, odor-free merchandise with original packaging and tags. Due to the hygienic laws of Canada and the nature of intimate garments, we are unable to accept returns of panties, briefs, thongs, and bodysuits.  An email will be sent to you to confirm whether or not the item is acceptable for return.

If you are returning an item, you are responsible for the return shipping and payment for shipping of replacement item(s).  We recommend that you use an insured, traceable method as Cherchez la Femme cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages sent for return.
